To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85-95% assembled. You will typically need to straighten the handlebars, attach the pedals, and occasionally fit the front wheel. Easy-to-follow instructions and basic tools are included.
What is your return policy for accessories and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused accessories and apparel in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like water bottles or base layers cannot be returned once opened.
